Please be aware that ‘backorder’ products can take up to 6 weeks to be available and then be dispatched to the customer. Lithium batteries are classified as dangerous goods and delivery is only possible by sea and road. In some cases we have to use alternative transport agents and this can cause a delay on the process. A delay caused by the manufacture is out of our hands, but we endeavor to resolve this as quickly as possible.
